This is the worst doctor I've met in my almost 50 years of life. Late for his appointment that was booked for a Saturday morning at 8:45, I was finally called into his office, immediately asking me what my problem was without any professional doctor/patient courtesy. He didn’t even let me finish explaining my symptoms and immediately moved to look at my throat with a tongue depressor, I swear that step took 3 seconds. Without an explanation he exited the office and returned with an endoscope. He told me to relax saying he was going to look into my throat and proceeded to insert the endoscope in my left nostril. That was a surprise because, let me make it very clear, he never took one moment to explain what the procedure he was about to perform on me was. This procedure was very uncomfortable and painful that made me squirm with pain (I had to ask him to stop). No local anesthesia or anything like it was considered. Needless to say the second attempt was even more painful and more uncomfortable, not only with the procedure itself but with his rude and impatient attitude that I was squirming and unsettled. He turned to leave the office when I said ok, let’s give it another try (having in mind this is an appointment I have been waiting for since March and much needed). At my request for him to help me alleviate the situation he said “you just need to breathe it’s just like a Covid test” (yes because Covid tests are just like a nasal endoscopy, right?). Again I couldn’t tolerate the pain and discomfort so I said please stop, stop. This is when he grew impatient and frustrated. He said he could not tell me what was wrong with my throat without probing with the endoscope and that the consultation was over. And so he gave me a useless prescription for acid reflux and a nasal spray. And although I immediately informed him that my family doctor had already tried those two options he totally dismissed me. This very terrible ordeal took less than 7 minutes. The most traumatic 7 minutes of my life dealing with a very rude, unprofessional and with zero people’s skills so called “doctor”. I left that office devastated, worried and a nervous mess. And now my quest to find a proper nose and throat doctor continues, so I can find a solution to go on with my life with this continuous cough and vomiting episodes.Raquel Vilhena"

My husband arrived at 2:30 for a 3pm appointment and still wasn’t seen until after 4pm. For a 3min appt that could have taken place over the phone, just to be told we can’t do anything for you? He can’t breath, is constantly stuffed up and and MRI showed he has a narrow nasal cavity. He needs a CPAP machine to sleep and can’t use it anymore as he “can’t breath”. The ladies at the desk were just sitting around giggling g and gossiping. This doctor and his office are a joke and we will, for sure, be getting a second or even third opinion if needed.

He has one of the rudest uneducated personnel working for him and Dr R. Miller. Never have I ever experienced such arrogance from a non professional secretarty. During Covid times, this particular individual has no people skills or empathy logical thinking is absent. Just a terrible human being.

Best doctor - my mom came home from her doctor appointment today raving about Dr. Tam. She commended how he was very kind and most importantly how he was extremely patient as well as thorough in his work. This is not something that you see very often in doctors who have so many patients to get through everyday. My mom said he was the best doctor she has ever seen. Definitely would recommend Dr. Tam to anyone!

So happy with my appointment today. Dr. Tam was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease and felt confident when receiving expert medical care. He treated my issue in the office and I felt better immediately. Staff were friendly. I walked away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I signed the form for surgery in 2021, I waited for 2 years for surgery appointment and they didn’t give me appointment . When I try to contact the office , no one pick up the phone.
